Do I need to register before placing an order?
No, it is mandatory to register and create an account with us to place an order. But if you create an account, you will be eiligible for offers and discounts in the future orders.

You will receive an order acceptance phone call immediately after the order placement. Then the confirmation or rejection of the order will be notified through an email with confirmation details.

How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders will be delivered to you between 45 minutes – 90 minutes depending on your area and Scheduled Delivery Orders will be delivered according to the time slot you selected.

If you would like to edit or rethink your purchase, please do so within the first 60 seconds of placing an order by contacting us over the phone or sending an email.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email.
The order confirmation email is sent to the email address linked to IslandaBentota immediately after placing an order. Please check your Spam or Junk folder.
Also, Go to your My Account > Orders to see all your orders. In case you don’t see your order placed then the order was not successfully placed.
